There are different ways to find your product key depending upon your situation. The best way is to get it from your Norton account. If you have not installed your product or cannot get it from your Norton account, then see the section titled Other ways to find your product key at the bottom of the page.

Get the product key from your Norton account
At the top of your Norton product window, click or .
If you cannot start your Norton product, you can directly go to your Norton account.
Log in to your account, if prompted.
Under Services, select your Norton product.
Copy the product key.
If you purchased your renewal code from an online retailer, your renewal code can be found in your confirmation email. If you cannot find the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. These emails may be incorrectly marked as spam by some spam filters.
If you purchased from the Norton Online Store, your renewal code can also be found by logging into your account. Follow these steps to find the renewal code from your account.
If you purchased a renewal code without a Norton product, then you need to first find out which Norton product that key belongs to. You may get that information from the confirmation email for your subscription purchase. After you determine the product, download the trial version and install the product.
Sign In to Norton.
Locate your subscription renewal purchase, and click the order number.
Copy the renewal code.
The Renewal Code is a 19 character alpha-numeric code. For example, ABC123DE4567FGH89JK.
Other ways to find your product key
There are other ways to find your product key, depending on how you purchased the product.
If you downloaded your product from Norton Online Store, the product key, or the instruction to obtain the product key is in your confirmation email message.
